| Gurjar Power Generating Sets are available in the widest ranges from 5 KVA to 2000 KVA and comprises of CUMMINS or KIRLOSKAR Oil Engines, coupled to Kirloskar/STAMFORD alternators. These generating sets provide dependable power for numerous applications viz., industries, construction sites, theatres, hospitals, dairies, hatcheries, cold storages, defense installations etc., We can also supply Gas Powered Generator Sets in ratings of 60 KVA to 320 KVA with Cummins engines. Diesel Engines : Gurjar Power generating sets incorporate the finest Diesel Engines manufactured by M/s. CUMMINS INDIA LTD., M/s. KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINES LTD., and M/s. ASHOK LEYLAND LTD., Conforming to BS-649, these engines come in Air Cooled/Water Cooled versions with Mechanical/Hydraulic/Electronic Governors. The Engines above 10 KVA are equipped with electric start facility. Alternators : KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC/STAMFORD alternators generally conform to BS: 5000 and IS: 4722. The alternators are tropicalised screen protected with a regulation of  1% of rated value from no-load to full-load. Alternators suitable for marine duty application can also be offered. Alternator voltages of 415V/1100V/3300V/6600 volts can be supplied.Control Panel : Standard Cubicle type, floor/wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, with hinged doors, undrilled bottom plate, and comprising of the following :- MCB/MCCB/ACB, voltmeter, ammeter with selector switches, frequency meter, kilowatt-hour meter, indicating lamps, and suitable current transformers. Automatic-on-mains failure panels can also be supplied. Parallel operation of two or more sets can be provided upto 6000 KVA. Auto synchronising, auto paralleling, auto-load sharing panels can be designed for gensets above 250 KVA. Base frame : Heavy duty steel channel with pre-drilled foundation holes. Fuel tank : Wall/floor mounting type with filling cap, breather, drain plug, and level indicator. Batteries : Suitable capacity lead-acid batteries with connecting leads. Accoustic enclosure : Confirms to CPC B norms. Accoustic enclosure suitable for indoor/outdoor, use adequate free air flow. Outside sheet steel CRC–16 gauge, door hinged/sliding with decibel level of 70 db(A) at 1 meter. Our special services : 1. Reliable after sales service. 2. Two years recommended spares supplied with set as optional. 3. All equipments subjected to stringent quality tests prior to dispatch. 4. Turn-key projects with cabling, earthing, exhaust piping, with government approvals. 5. Gensets containerized with accoustic enclosure (Sound Proof). MANDATORY 6. Mobile trolley mounted sets. |
